Lot 14 Residents
These residents began building their new home in late 2022 and moved in mid 2023. As residents of Manunui for several years now, here's what they have to day about Manunui living.
Planning the Site
We chose our 1.3 hectares site which had not only incredible views of the coast, but a full surround of mountains and hills, lush with green native bush.
We hired an architect and designer team in Leigh to plan the site and design the house. The property would also house a large green house, storage sheds and a chook house.
Building our Home
We had many choices for our house build team and they did a beautiful job building our dream home to our exact specifications.
Adding the Pool
Exercise is very important to us, so we decided to add a heated pool with a large surrounding deck for daily exercise. We also host a ladies swim group for interested residents.
Adding the Greenhouse
Growing our own organic veggies has been great for our health, not to mention how therapeutic gardening can be.
Enjoying our Beautiful Home
We absolutely love our new home in Manunui Estates. From the moment we arrived, there was something special about the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful setting, and the wonderful sense of community. It feels like a place where we can truly slow down, enjoy life, and appreciate the beauty around us.

We feel incredibly fortunate to call Manunui Estates home. Every day brings another little reminder of why we chose to be here. We’re looking forward to making many happy memories in our new home and enjoying spending time with this lovely community.
