Making the Move
We had lived in the greater Warkworth area for the better part of 12 years and absolutely loved it. However, with ongoing subdivisions and traffic becoming increasingly busy, we made the decision to sell up in 2021. We had previously visited Manunui Coastal Estate to look at a lot as a potential investment property, but at the time we could not quite make the numbers work.
Building our Home
When Stage 2 opened up, we were very keen to secure a place here. Phil and Laurie graciously accepted our offer for Lot 11, and we began the design process in May 2022. Building commenced early April 2023 and was completed almost exactly 12 months later, with us taking possession late March 2024.
Love our Life
We absolutely love our life at Manunui Coastal Estate and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It is peaceful and away from the crowds, with beautiful panoramic views and abundant birdlife. Phil and Laurie have put their heart and soul into the development , and without their passion we would not have the lifestyle we are lucky enough to enjoy today.
