This site which slopes down to the North is predominantly covered in native bush. The bush has streams, rock waterfalls amongst the mature trees. The building site is flat and sheltered behind a large puriri tree, and there is possibly a second minor dwelling site below.

This Eastern valley of the Manunui property tends to be more sheltered.
