This site has medium elevation, with a large building site that gently slopes down towards the North. The majority of the lot is in grass. The site slopes up steeper to the south, providing some protection from the southerlies. To the East, it slopes more steeply, as does the balance of the lot which is on the other side of the road. This area is starting to regenerate into native bush.
