This site is high, overlooking the whole valley. It is predominantly steep; sloping down to the North, with a building site nestled in a small natural valley. There is potentially a minor dwelling site further to the West. The building site overlooks a large, mature puriri tree. The majority of the remainder of the lot has been planted in natives. Underground power, non-potable reticulated water.

Stunning, unobstructed views over the Pakiri valley, the beach, and out to sea. The regenerating bush will not interfere with these views. The building site offers some protection from the South.
