This lot has a large, flat building site, with the remainder sloping down to the North. The area is grassed with a bush clad stream on its Eastern boundary. This rock based stream is one of the stunning features of Manunui, and it runs most of the year. There is possibly a second minor dwelling site on the slopes to the north.
