Manunui is situated on a large 400 acre block that extends from the Pakiri valley floor up the North facing slopes that overlook the beach. This provides a variety of different sites, from flat to steep, from bush covered to open locations with magnificent vistas. There are sites with streams flowing down rock faces to waterfalls, and sites covered in bush. This variety in topography presents ample opportunity for landscaping whether it be enhancing the native bush, creating ponds and waterways or luscious sub tropical gardens. The development has been done to a high standard to reflect the property's prime location. The roads are either asphalt or concrete; with underground services of power, a sewage system and non-potable water supply from the property's own bore.
